Connected Car Platform: Vehicle-to-Cloud Integration

Connected cars generate and consume vast amounts of data, creating a complex ecosystem of in-vehicle systems, cellular networks, cloud platforms, and mobile applications that all need to work seamlessly together.

OTA update testing was our highest priority — a failed update could potentially brick a vehicle’s infotainment system or, in worst cases, impact safety-critical ECUs. We validated rollback mechanisms, partial update recovery, and update integrity verification across every ECU configuration.

Cybersecurity testing went beyond traditional IT security. We assessed the vehicle’s attack surface from CAN bus injection to cellular modem exploitation, ensuring that the connected platform didn’t introduce vulnerabilities that could compromise vehicle safety.

The cross-brand unification required extensive compatibility testing, ensuring the platform’s core functionality worked identically across vehicles with different hardware architectures and legacy systems.
